"We are not only happy, I think we might be in love with the new entry system! We expected the improvement in heat retention, but not to the extent it is cutting out the cold. And too boot, it's cut down significantly on noise from outside as well. My daughter is on one of those new electric buses, with the three-tone sound you might have heard, announcing the bus' arrival? It was my signal midday she was about to arrive home, and to get away from my computer. I don't hear it anymore.

The team was awesome with the installation process, start to finish. They were meticulous in the details I didn't expect - like coming back to remove the white caulking and putting in black instead, which looks fantastic - and really looking after the original trim and making it work. I learned a couple things as well from their carpentry skills.
There was a reason we went with Ultimate originally - a set of French doors we loved when we saw them at a trade show, installed two-three years ago. The new entry system just reinforced the point about quality and workmanship. I can safely say, we'll be back!"
"We can't say enough about the professionalism, knowledge and courtesy from the staff at Ultimate Windows and Doors. We moved into our new build last August. We had installed Marvin windows and patio door by our builder as there was no installation service at the time. In the end the windows and door were not installed properly and functioned poorly. The staff were quick to rectify the problems and now we are happy with our purchase again."

"We have replaced many of the windows in our older home in Lunenburg with Marvin double hung, six over six windows and double French doors to our patio. The locking mechanism in the double doors failed and Marvin was quick to send out their staff to repair them.. We had fantastic service, who not only quickly fixed the doors, but helped improve the functioning of several windows, all under warranty seven years after they were first installed. We will continue to replace our old windows in this house with Marvin windows as we continue to renovate."
