The Kingston sits high above the Saint John River, with long views over the surrounding countryside. Open fields, rolling hills, and the river itself all become part of the experience of the home.

The dark exterior looks especially striking here. Against the green of the fields and trees, it gives the house a bold look that really stands out. Inside, the windows keep things bright and welcoming, and make it easy to enjoy the view from just about anywhere in the house.

Built by Rivir Builders, with architecture by ARCHwork Studio and landscape design by Brackish Design Studio, the project brings together a traditional shingle-style look with a setting that does much of the work for you. We were pleased to supply the Marvin windows and doors for the home.
