A carefully crafted residence on the shores of New Brunswick, where every detail is oriented to the water.

Perched at the edge of Passamaquoddy Bay in New Brunswick, The Shore House is a residence that makes the most of one of the region's most striking coastal settings. Designed by Acre Architects and built by Rivir Builders with landscaping by Brackish Design Studio, it's a home where the setting does most of the talking.
A traditional coastal design featuring cedar siding is updated with large modern glazing. Marvin windows, supplied by the Ultimate Windows, Doors & More Saint John location, play a central role in that experience.
The windows and doors include a consistent divided lite design, framing panoramic views of the water from all areas of the home and allowing light to shift through the home across the day and seasons.
On a site this compelling, the windows needed to perform both technically and visually, holding up against intense coastal New Brunswick conditions while staying out of the way of the view.
Marvin's Fiberglass Windows are up for the task, combining minimal frames with high-performance energy transfer properties and low maintenance demands.
