To achieve this vision, Craftsman Construction partnered with Ultimate Windows, Doors & More to specify a comprehensive fenestration strategy using our premium Marvin Elevate and Marvin Ultimate collections.

The home's expansive waterfront elevation features large Marvin direct glaze picture windows and sliding glass doors, architectural statements that frame the water views and flood the interior with natural light. These weren't selected for aesthetics alone; their superior thermal performance and durability ensure year-round comfort while standing up to the coastal environment.

Interior Architecture Through Glass

Inside, the details speak for themselves. A stone fireplace anchors the main living area, open-beam ceilings add warmth, and the kitchen flows seamlessly into gathering spaces defined by carefully positioned Marvin casement windows and awning windows, each one selected to optimize views, ventilation, and the interplay of light throughout the day.
